Dear International Students,
After your long international flight, we know your concerns about travelling from airport to your housing or work place with your luggage and lack of information how the public transportation system works in United States especially if it is your first time here. We are here to help you as much as we can to ease your concerns by providing shuttle for you from airport to your housing/work address. In order to keep the prices low, we are trying to form small groups from students like yourself going same destination whose arrival times are close to each other. Generally our system works as follow:
- First we collect arrival and destination information from students by our "Airport Pickup Information Form". Please send this form as soon as your ticket and visa are confirmed even if you are coming alone. Last minute requests are okay but not recommended. This form is for informational purposes (not reservation) in order to give you the correct price.
- After you send this form, please go to our "contact us" page and send us a message "Hi, I requested airport pickup, did you receive it?" along with "your name on the form" by either fb messenger or WhatsApp . So we can make sure your request is received by our system.
- After we collect those info, we group students whose arrival times are close to each other and then we arrange shuttles according to your destination.
- We will ask you and others in your car one last time if your plans, suitcases are still the same about 4 days before your arrival date and let you know schedules. Then, we will send you a detailed info about how to meet at your arrival airport .
- You can pay when you arrive at your destination address.
